Sidecar Widget

The Sidecar Widget (check it out on the right!) is a little widget that makes it much easier to get feedback about your products and services from your web site visitors.

The widget supports a variety of features that enable a direct dialog with your users. The widget can be configured to contain:

• Page-specific tips, tricks, best practices and usage examples
• Product status and availability messages
• Help and FAQs
• Custom survey questions, both open- and closed-ended
• And more!

Use the Sidecar Widget as an input to these business processes:

The widget is customizable (colors, fonts, buttons, etc.) for your web site. And, with three default viewing modes -- a small, square icon; a narrow bar or the full widget as shown at right -- the widget fits anywhere on your site.

Sidecar Insight Dashboard

The Insight Dashboard is your earpiece into a direct dialog with your users -- it helps you create and publish your Sidecars and view the inbound data they collect.

The dashboard is a hosted, web-based application with lots of features that make organizing feedback simple:

• Configurable filters that let you design user segments or personas, and filter feedback for those specific segments
• An RSS or .csv feed of filtered or unfiltered data that lets you stay on top of what's happening on your site
• A management console for your Sidecars -- create new Sidecars, edit page-specific tips and publish in real-time
